See below the updates to Version 4.0 

• Surprise = Free Turn and +1D to Attacker (or -1D to Defend)
• Called Shot +1 DMG (maximum), or Specific Location (and rule for Misses)
• Sneak includes 'Prepare Sneak Attack +2D next Turn'
• Spells and Combat Actions outside of DMG only effect Medium Size Targets
• Added Specialist Item to Equipment, like Thieves Tools 
• Changed Throwing Darts to Blades
• Added rules for Enemy Actions that don’t involve a Hero
• Cleric and Wizard Spells are exclusive
• Spell Drain on any die result of 1
• Artefacts and Scrolls: require 1 Success to use
• Spells: Successes required are determined by the Challenge
• Changed Stamina loss and recovery to Damage points
• Poison effects based on Might or Size 
• Updated Special Attacks to include Size difficulties
• Separated Movement from Actions
• Updated Treasure Table
